岗位概述 / General Description：
对产品进行先期质量策划，有效控制现场质量、外协质量。负责管理质量工程师及质量检验员。
Do advanced product quality planning; Effectively control the on-site and outside quality; Manage quality engineers and quality inspectors.

岗位职责 / Responsibility：
- 在新产品项目开发中参与先期质量策划，负责批量生产中的批量认可，制定控制计划和检验指导书等工
作。
Participate in APQP during development of new products, release batches in mass production, compile control plans and inspection instructions etc.
- 控制产品检验（过程、最终出厂）、现场质量、产品审核。
Be responsible for product inspection (process, out of plant), on-site quality, product audit.
- 工作中出现偏差或违反规定的现象应及时采取有效措施同时向上级反映。
Take effective measures and report to superior in case of deviation in goal achievement or deregulation.
- 接受及完成上级布置在其职责范围内的工作任务。

岗位资格/Qualification：
- 教育背景：本科以上学历。
Education background: Bachelor degree or above.
- 培训经历：质量责任法律法规；产品质量规划和管理等。
Training: laws, rules and regulations related to quality responsibility; product quality planning and management etc.
- 工作经历： 具有三年以上相关工作经验。
Work Experience: more than 3 years relevant work experience.
- 技能及个性特征：熟练使用计算机网络获取信息并运用于工作；具有和岗位相适应的组织协调能力和
分析处理质量问题的能力；有一定的公关社交能力；具备解决问题的有效思维方法； 大学英语六级或以
上（或同等水平）；理解并具备团队管理能力
Skills and Personality: skilled in implementation of internet to obtain information and applying it to work; good organization and coordination skilled as required by the position; able to analyze and solve quality problems; sociable; effective thinking way to solve problems; CET 6 or above (or with equivalent language skill); capable to manage with team spirit

岗位权限 / Authority：
- 安排布置下属的工作并检查其完成情况。
Arrange and distribute tasks to subordinates and check the layout of its completion.
- 对公司的在制品、半成品、成品有质量否决权，在必要时对产品工序有停产权。
Veto the WIP, semi-finished goods, finished goods with quality problems; Be authorized to stop the product process if necessary.
- 有权对质量不合格的产品在出厂前进行冻结。
Be authorized to freeze products with quality problems before they flow out of plant.
- 有权冻结供应商有质量缺陷的货并与之商定短期内提供质量合格的替代品。
Be authorized to freeze suppliers' goods with quality problems, and ask for qualified alternative in the short term.
- 根据签字权规定使用预算，批准费用
Use the budget and approve the cost according to the power of signature.
- 有义务在本团队内实施激励机制，以提高团队业务能力和团队合作能力；对下属员工有能力、业绩评审
权；有任用、待岗、下岗建议权
Implement the motivation system within the team obligatorily to improve the team work; Be authorized to evaluate the capability and performance of the subordinates; Be authorized to give proposal on recruitment, temporary off position and lay-off of employees.

Be authorized to refuse unqualified employees with reasonable grounds.
