Job Description职位描述:
Responsible for the branches’ management, including marketing, sales, education and personnel administration management etc;
全面负责中心的各项工作，包括市场、销售、教学及人事行政管理等;
Responsible for fulfillment and reaching the monthly, quarterly and yearly target decided by the head office;
负责达成管理总部下达的月度、季度、年度各项工作指标；
Responsible for the cost control;
有效控制中心成本
Responsible for a comprehensive and in-depth developing of the local market required by the head office;
根据管理总部的要求对当地市场进行全方位和深度的开发;
Make sure all the relevant department documents report to head office timely;
负责中心各部门向管理总部及时递交相关的月度、季度、年度其要求的计划、报表等;
Responsible for external public affairs.
负责中心对外事务的联络、处理.
Requirement职位要求:
28-38 years old, male is preferred, Bachelor degree or above, (priority of studying abroad or overseas working experience).
28周岁～38周岁，男性为佳，本科以上学历（有国外留学或工作经验者优先）；
More than 3 years management experience. (working experience in English training industry or service industry is preferred)
从事企业中层以上管理岗位3年以上经验（有英语培训行业及服务行业经验者优先）；
Rich experience in marketing and sales，managing the team to reach the yearly turnover above 8 million.
具备丰富的市场营销经验，管理的团队年度销售业绩800万元人民币以上;
Resourceful at public relationship including local government, media etc.
在当地有丰富的人脉关系；
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
优秀的沟通及领导才能；
Bearing responsible and pressure, love challenge
工作责任心强，能承受工作压力；
Willing to work national wide
可以派往异地工作
Excellent Basic working skills(Such as English and IT skills(special in using Excel Software and Access);
优秀的基本操作能力(如:英文能力,计算机能力,熟练使用EXCEL和ACCESS);
