To meet the business grow in China, we are looking for the talent of Quality & Technical Engineer to join us.
Role:
To supervise/control the quality of the products in assembly and testing on site
To improve the quality of the products and train the works.
Give technical support to partners during assembly and testing when needed.
Key accountabilities:
- Follow up and look after that our partners and suppliers are following our quality standards, most of the time should be spent out in the workshop
- Follow up and look after that agreed productions schedules within assembly and test are kept
- Follow up and recording quality divergences and work with continuous quality improvements
- In some cases educate and train workers at our partners & suppliers.
- Support our partners with technical advice and solving problems, (coordination with Sweden engineers)
- Do final inspections together with surveyor from Classification Society
- Closed co-operation with our engineer in Sweden in order to develop the quality and production process.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in engineering /Electrical engineering, preferable if also some education /experience in hydraulics.
Min 2-3 years in related working experience of production, it is not a demand with shipbuilding experience.
Solid knowledge in related products of electrics, hydraulics
willing to learn, ambitious
