主要职责:
1.回复潜在客户商务咨询
2.处理客户投诉等
3.筛选汇总市场同步信息并提交销售经理(如同行动态)
4.向销售经理汇报客户需求和业务所需
5.同各部门协作以指定方案满足客户所需
6.与各部门协作,参加招标
7.协助帐务收讫
8.保持良好内部沟通及协作
9.指定销售计划/战略/活动以完成目标预算
10.有责任向客户展示我司所有标准服务产品
11.为客户建立并执行客制化地服务
12.与客户磋商以确定我司所提供服务的界定和认同,同时仍需遵从我司销售方针和流程
13.筹备并落实计划的销售活动
14.达成相关服务产品目标
15.确保搜集最大限度的信息以确保捕获潜在客户
技能要求与任职资格:
1.良好的办公室软件运用技巧
2.较强的沟通能力
3.对于公司业务的了解
4.商务谈判技巧
5.良好的口语和书面英语能力
6.2年以上同行业的工作经验
7.本科以上文凭或相关专业学历
8.通过CET-6
Sales Executive - NanTong
Accountabilities:
1.Respond to new customer enquiries
2.Respond to customer complaints
3.Highlights to Sales Manager on observations of market dynamics for example competitors’ behavioural patterns
4.Updates Sales Manager on customer requests and business needs
5.Work with AFR/OFR/CPM to develop solutions to meet customer needs
6.Work with AFR/OFR/CPM to respond to customer RFI, RFQ and tenders
7.Assist in account receivable issues
8.Maintain good communication and working relationship with others functions
9.Develops sales plan/strategy/activities to achieve target budgets
10.Responsible for conducting high quality presentation of the entire range of standardized products to customers
11.Establish and present customized offers to customers
12.Negotiate with customers on contractual terms of service provision that is aligned to corporate sales policy and procedures
13.Adhere to approved credit limits granted to customers and enforce previously agreed payment terms
14.Prepare and realize planned sales calls
15.Responsible for product targets
16.Secure/collect all necessary information to assess credit worthiness of potential customer
Qualifications:
1.Good Microsoft skills
2.Excellent communication skills
3.Knowledge of DGF products
4.Negotiation skills
5.Good English both written and oral
6.Minimum 2 years in similar industry
7.Minimum bachelor holder or relevant industry qualification.
8.Pass CET-6
