Overall Role Purpose
Build up a good image of DHL, implement sales stratagem and working focus set by Country, Area and Station, maintain and strengthen the relationship with existing customers, and develop new customer, achieve
kinds of sales targets, feedback the market info and customer demand in time

Accountabilities
Development and management
发展与管理:
- Collect market information and develop new customers
- 收集市场信息,开发新客户
- Maintain current customers, update service satisfaction and further requirements of current customers, strengthen communication, keep maintenance of customers in all sides
- 维护和发展现有客户,不断了解现有客户的服务情况及进一步需求,加强沟通,对客户进行全方位的维护
- Cooperate with customer service section and finance section, assist in dealing with complaints and arrearage, try best in reducing negative influence
- 同客户服务部和财务部充分合作,协助处理投诉及拖欠帐款,尽可能减少因此带来的负面影响
Report and information maintenance
报告和信息维护:
- Make full use of process management instruments (C-View, GSP Pipeline Tool, etc.), to supervise customer information, sales opportunity, and sales action.
- 充分使用过程管理工具(C-View, GSP Pipeline Tool等)管理客户信息、销售机会及销售行为
- Finish regulated sales report
- 完成规定的销售报告
- Make timely feedback to change of customer information
- 对客户信息的变更进行及时反馈
- ncumbent has no direct reports and authority over country line and functional personnel. Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions
- 该职位无直接下属机构和向其汇报人员,但是他/她必须证明其能够影响决策/行动
Skills / Qualifications

- Excellent communication and negation skills

- At least 2 years relevant experience
