Qualifications:
- 3 years technical degree in manufacturing or related field, 4-5 years’ experience in actual production, preferably in company’s field of endeavor
- Knowledge of all aspects of production equipment, as well as certain computer functions
- Working knowledge of entire company production cycle
- Must be comfortable in working with statistical breakdowns
- Have an ability with mathematics
任职资格：
1、管理、质量等相关行业本科以上学历；英语良好；
2、5年以上质量管理工作经验；
3、熟悉ISO9000质量管理体系；了解ISO9000质量体系在企业的运作方法；了解产品工艺流程；熟悉运用质量管理工具及方法，如6sigma等；
4、工作认真负责，严谨细致，有较强的分析解决问题能力；
5、拥用业界先进企业的黑带资格者或具有国家审核员资格。
岗位职责：
1、负责公司质量管理系统建立、维护和改进，如人员考核调配等工作；
2、组织、推动质量管理体系推行、实施与持续改进，包括负责第二、三方的审核或认证相关的策划、计划、组织等工作；
3、负责组织产品开发、生产中的异常问题的分析、改进活动；
4、负责对检验标准的制定、修改、定期评审，检查标准执行状况、有效性；
5、参与、策划各种质量管理活动，如参与对外协合作方的审核、认证工作和内部人员的质量培训。
