Duties:1.Develop and design Manufacturing Process of Cable Assembly
2. Quote for laboring of process
3. Draft Process Flow Chart, PFMEA, WI
4. Develop new manufacturing process and qualify it with Cmk.
5. Design tooling, jigs and fixtures related to cable process with Pro-E 精通生产制程的治具设计
6. Time study on steps of manufacturing process
7. Is able to operate and adjust machines/equipments which are used in cable processRequirement:1. 5 years in Cable Assembly field2. Understanding of electrical and mechanical control for automated manufacturing equipment, linear and rotational mechanisms, and pneumatics and industry compliant safety devices is desired.3. Understanding of tooling, jigs and fixtures design4. familiar with ProE, AutoCAD, ZWCAD, MS-Office
