Responsibilities:
1. Management of the production operation, quality control, logistics, purchasing and maintenance;
2. Training and developing staff in operating machinery and equipment efficiently and effectively;
3. Establishing and maintaining efficient processes with respect to the work flow and operations, scheduling, planning;
4. Establishing, reviewing and upgrading standards and policies in respect to all aspects of the operation, safety and health issues and standards;
5. Implementation of ISO 9002;
6. Develop the measuring and presentation tools, benchmark performance and development with the other units within company;
7. Develop good contacts and relations within company;
8. Used to Western management style in communication, approach and solution of problems;
9. Dealing with different challenges, including security and environmental questions.
Requirement:
1. 10+ years work experience with foreign company; American and/or German;
2. Fluent in English; written and spoken;
3. Strong background in production;
4. High volume machining of components such as brass and copper;
5. Assembly of components;
6. Strong background in Quality Control;
7. Development, implementation and maintenance of system and tools;
8. Strong understanding of ERP system;
9. Implementation and maintenance;
10. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing Process and/or proven performance of process improvement;
11. Proven performance is TCP activities (Total Cost Productivity);
12. Team player; focus on meeting company goals and willing to have open mind when working with foreign company and foreign nationals;
13. Strong business ethics. Has strong moral character;
14. Top performer for American and/or German company;
15. Degreed engineer.
