- Bachelor degree in civil engineering or relevant scientific discipline, or equivalent work experience, Hydraulic Engineering discipline will be the best.
- 5~10 years experience for port related project.
- Demonstrate high level of technical ability and ability to understand complex operational engineering and business activities
- Implement technical solutions and best practices locally, and throughout the organization
- Experienced with CAD.
- Good team work spirit and innovation initiative.
- Good communication skills and bilingual competency.
