The chef has to be very good in Cantonese/Sichuan food and potentially other regional specialty. Additionally he has to have good dim sum and Chinese BBQ knowledge. The job is a hand’s on job and the person is expected to cook on regular base authentic tasting, innovative and creative food for high profile clientele and the owners. Salary is negotiable and depending on experience. The candidate must be willing to go the extra mile; he has to be very customer orientated and flexible in regards to special requests. The candidate has to be able to interact and communicate with clients, media and staff.

The candidate has to have a test cooking prior to being appointed. The restaurant features regular media dinners which lead to great exposure.
