水疗总监Spa Director工作职责1)指导仪器的操作,包括制定短期和长期的战略规划,以便使Spa能低成本高效率的运作。2)制定部门工作目标,并确保有效执行。3)管理,培训,激励有关部门内的领导和员工。4)成为酒店和Spa的沟通桥梁。5)按要求会见潜在会员和客户,展示水疗设备和相关服务。6)按需求为团体客户定制Spa项目。7)预计潜在客户数量。8)通过电话或面对面的交谈向潜在客户进行有关Spa的专业介绍。9)进行酒店和Spa整合推广和促销活动。10)领导执行每月市场营销计划,公关方案,开拓新市场等。11)担任Spa及品牌的发言人。12)了解并掌握竞争对手相关资料,包括地理位置,产品,价格,促销及销售方案等。13)管理并开展有关Spa运作各方面的员工培训,例如:业务电话的使用,客户关系,Spa服务(按摩,身体磨砂,面部美容,metaspa等),零售等。14)确保与酒店各部门的有效交流。15)与供应商建立并发展良好的业务关系。16)确保各部门遵守各项标准作业程序。17)每月向管理层递交相关报告,包括月度营业报告,治疗记录等。18)确保遵守部门规章制度和仪器操作规范。19)协助Spa 员工的招聘,发展和培训。20)每周/每月召开部门会议,并确保其效率21)给员工做示范,确保其遵守各项安全技术规程。22)协助制定并遵守部门应急预案。23)确保员工充分了解Spa安全章程并严格遵守。24)充分了解当地Spa相关政策法规并严格执行25)参与制定部门财政预算并进行分析,包括部门年度设备预算。26)批准小时工资及服务费报告。审查每日工作效率。27)对所有服务及特殊项目的时间安排进行监管。28)审查,批准采购单29)每月月底前两天对营业损益表进行审查,并向管理层提交偏差报告。30)每月递交仪器运行状况报告31)根据预算对水疗经营业绩进行测评32)制定运营和设备改建预算33)对所有花费进行审核,确保控制在运营预算内。34)对所有待报销发票进行审核/批准35)确保Spa部门内部以及和其他部门保持积友好的关系。36)依照有关人事政策,与直接向Spa总监汇报的人员进行谈话,并对其进行绩效评估。37)为部门内每个管理人员制定短期和长期目标,每个月对所有目标的完成情况进行审查。38)对员工的各方面进行监管,例如雇佣,酬劳,提拔以及行为规范39)负责每个职位员工的培训工作40)负责Spa部门的应急培训41)确保Spa部门运营良好,环境整洁.42)明确安全和服务是水疗的第一重要要素,时刻保证会员和客户的满意度。43)确保员工能够在合适的岗位上进行轮职锻炼。要求1)应聘者必须具备以下要求:2)经济管理或相关专业学士学位3)5年以上Spa或Medi-Spa管理经验4)酒店业相关工作经验50具有治疗师资格或经验者优先6)具备卓越的管理和人际交往技能7)熟练使用Windows,Excel,Spa系统,会员系统等8)精通英语及普通话。DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1)Direct operations of the facility, including short and long range strategic planning so that the Spa operates cost effectively and efficiently.2)Ensure the establishment and execution of all departmental goals.3)Manage, train, and motivate all colleagues and leaders reporting to this position.4)Serve as a link between the hotel and the Spa industry.5)Meet with potential members and clients to show Spa facility and programs as required.6)Promote and sell customized Spa programs to meeting groups as required.7)Tour prospective Spa Guests.8)Provide and take responsibility for the professional delivery of all inerrorformation on the telephone and in person to all potential Spa Guests.9)Promote all hotel and Spa packages and promotions.10)Lead in the implementation of 12-month marketing plan, public relations program and identify new opportunities.11)Act as a spokesperson for the Spa and the Brand.12)Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors, including location, product offering, pricing, promotion and sales techniques.13)Administration and implementation of employees training in all aspects of the Spa's operations. i.e. business telephone usage, guest relations, Spa services (massage, body scrubs, facials, metaspa services etc.), retail sales etc.14)Ensure effective communication with all departments within the hotel.15)Establishment of professional business relationship with all vendors and development of all products inventories.16)Ensure adherence of standard operating procedures for each Spa department.17)Submit monthly report requirements and inerrorformation to Management including monthly business report, and treatment audits.18)Ensure adherence of departmental and facility policies.19)Assist in the recruitment, development and training of all Spa staff.20)Ensure that weekly/monthly departmental communication meetings are effective.21)Follow and ensure that all Colleagues follow all safety procedures and practices, lead by example.22)Assist in the development and adherence of all departmental emergency procedures.23)Ensure Colleagues have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Spa's policy relating to safety.24)Have thorough knowledge and adherenceSPA培训师 SPA TrainerOverseas Spa daily operation & acting as Spa manager during her absence。 Assist & monitor staff to deliver high level of service standard。
