Projects status review and progress monitor
•Action plan implement and follow-up
•Identification of potential issue that may impact new products development
•Project team review meeting, status update, and new action plans.
•New tooling development and samples prepared for sales and marketing team promotion
•Project budget allocation and expense spending control
•Product cost reduction plan and implementation
•Project risk management(mitigation solution and contingency plan)
要求：
.Bachelor is minimum, graduate school or above is preferred.
.At least 6 years of product design, process development, or assembly tooling experiences, in connector field is preferred.
.With at least 4 years project management experience in the electronic connectors or relevant field.
.Be familiar with electronic connector development process.
