POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for all customer sales and sales engineering activities. Responsible to develop key customer prospects and new business. Responsible to oversee and increase sales and maintain acceptable profit margins. Responsible to have a good working knowledge of plant capabilities. Have a good understanding of customer needs and requirements for sales growth. Responsible to work within a sales pipeline.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage topline customer sales goals.
2. Manage customer GM % goals.
3. Manage all sales expenses / reports.
4. Solve customer issues (Including any credit or collection issues).
5. Close new business opportunities.
6. Review and deliver customer quotations.
7. Manage all customer contracts (i.e.; metal, supply agreements, etc.).
8. Manage sales forecasting for key customers.
9. Interact regularly with the General Manager.
10. Responsible to work within sales pipeline.
11. Understanding of Shanghai Alexandria Precision Components policies, products, and services and have the ability to explain them.
12. Keep customers informed of new capabilities.
13. Communicate QRM principals and philosophies to our customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
College degree
or
5-7 years Sales / marketing experience
