Main responsibilities:
Be responsible for profound analysis of the Asian surface drainage market and setting the right regional priorities
Prepare an adequate strategy for the important markets / market segments
Execute the strategy
Build up the appropriate, effective and lean organizational structure
Integrate the Asia into the drainage organization with a strong relationship to the Dutch headquarter (frequent presence necessary)
Build up a team as necessary and required
Report to the Managing Director of the Company
Working experiences
Strong sales & marketing background, in the building products market, civil engineering
Experience with proven track record in sales & marketing of explanation required building material and new products in existing markets
Good contacts and network in the environment of design institutes, engineering companies (local and foreign), distributors, building contractors and investors (developers etc.)
Good mixture between strategy / conceptional and operational skills with hands on approach
Age:
About 32 – 40
Educational qualification:
Bachelor degree or above, major in dynamic management
Language:
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English or German; additional Asian languages would be an advantage
Personality:
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Good communication skill
Work with high passion and self-responsibility

Stable
Willing to travel
