主要职责:
? Build and operate a professional and efficient SAP support team, which will be responsible for SAP module support, includes but not only includes FI/CO, SD, PP/PC, MM, PM and HR.
组建和管理一个专业且高效的SAP支持团队，负责SAP系统的各个模块的支持，包括但不仅限于FI/CO、SD、PP/PC、MM、PM和HR等模块。
? Establish efficient SAP support processes and procedures with compliance to company guidelines and internal control.
建立高效的SAP技术支持流程和规程，使之符合公司的规章制度和内控要求。
? Lead the team to establish and maintain SAP operation manuals and business processes. Keep the related documentation updated in time.
带领SAP团队建立并更新各模块SAP用户操作手册和业务流程文档，并保障相关文档的及时更新。
? Lead the team to work closely to business department and its’ key users. Guide them to prepare and finalize business processes through a standard and professional methodology.
带领SAP团队与业务部门及其关键用户紧密协作，指导他们以符合专业和规范的方法去准备和确立正式业务流程。
? Organise and provide SAP module training to key users and guide key users to contribute operation training to end users.
对关键用户组织和提供必要的SAP模块培训，并指导关键用户对最终用户进行必要的操作培训。
?？Analyse business changes and requirements, provide impact reports and solutions to management level for reference.
分析业务变化和各种需求，提供影响报告和解决方案给管理层作为决策参考。
? Ensure a consistent and exact SAP role definition and authorization matrix.
确保完整一致的和准确的SAP权限角色定义和授权矩阵。
? Provide project management to SAP projects, such as communication, schedule control, budget and cost control.
对SAP项目进行管理，包括项目沟通、时间和进度控制、预算及项目费用控制等等。
? Balance the work load and effectiveness within SAP support team. Manage KPI and pererrorformance of team members.
平衡团队成员的工作负荷和有效性，对团队成员的表现和指标进行管理。
? Encourage and coaching team members to keep improving and move towards excellence.
鼓励并指导团队成员持续改进和追求卓越。
? Cooperate well with group IT/IS platerrorform and external consulting service providers.
与集团信息平台和外部服务商保持良好的沟通和合作。
职位必须要求：
? Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or engineering & business discipline and above
计算机科学、工程学或业务领域学士以上教育背景
? At least 6+ years’ SAP system configuration and testing experience and 4 years team management experience.
6年以上的SAP系统配置和调试经验和4年的团队管理经验
? 3+ years’ SAP project management and project cost control experience.
至少3年的SAP项目管理和项目费用控制经验
? SAP knowledge on each business errorarea of FI/CO, PP/PC, SD, MM, PM, HR etc.
具备全面的SAP专业知识，涉及各个业务领域, 涵盖财务/控制、生产计划/生产成本、分销、物料管理、工厂维护和人力资源等模块
?？Excellent communication and organising skills
具备优秀的沟通能力和组织能力。
? Fluent oral and good writing skill in both English and mandarin.
流畅的英语及普通话口语表达和写作
? Handle complex problems under pressure
