Quality Director
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies for quality function, including quality system establishment & maintenance, process improvement, KPI measurement, etc.
Contribute to executive quality policy and regulation, and integrate quality systems across different operation units within the organization
Internally audit the quality management of different operation units and provide workable solutions to enhance their performance
Monitor and inform standards created by external bodies, and integrate within internal quality management systems
Directly report to President China
Educational qualification:
Bachelor degree
Language:
Fluent in spoken and written English
Professional Experience:
At least 6 years working experience focused on quality management, background of operation preferred
Strong technical expertise
Experienced in automotive industry, intimate with quality systems such as TS16949, QS9000, VDA6.3, ISO9000, ISO14000, etc.
Exposure to international companies
Strong in integration and optimization
Strategic insight is essential
