Position Summary:To manage implementation of new project and/or transfer, from kick-off untill serial production, including coordination of core team members and responsibility on timing, quality and financial target.Main responsibilities:- Organize project kick-off meting and core team nomination: elaboration of project schedule, financial target, investment etc, starting when new business win declared and assignment from management.- Follow implementation of project and/or transfer in order to achieve target: Timing, quality, investment, margin.- Ensure good coordination inside the core team member, through weekly core team meeting. Manage resources constrain by putting priority level for each task and collaboration with section managers.- Full understanding and working in accordance with FCI procedure S09 and S16, and quality standard.- Full understanding and working in accordance with PDS, with update on project (schedule, deliverables etc) as needed.- Transfer: support management to identify and propose localization for best benefit of FCI global and business growth.- Make consistent report on activities to upper management.Requirements:-Experience in Engineering or Program management or project coordination.-Fluent in English-Leader skill needed,pro-active and independent.
