-Bachelor degree or above in foundry (other engineering excepted but only when proofed experience in foundry engineering)
-More than 8-year working experience in nodular iron foundry, among which 3-year direct experience in management position similar to this level;
-Master of nodular iron foundry production and related know-how;
-Feasibility of nodular iron melting equipment, molding line equipment and mold making machines;
-Strong knowledge of nodular iron casting process engineering;
-Good communication skills and interpersonal character; Be willing to work under pressure and target oriented ;
-Strong leadership to manage team and team work spirit with others;
-Familiar with TS16949, ISO14000
-Have good English language;
-MS-office skills (power point, ms project, etc)
-Exposure to European/German Business practices and culture.
Management of Nodular iron casting production with the main target: to fulfill the stipulated production program in quality, quantity and term under achievement of maximum on profitability and customer satisfaction.
-Map out the objectives, budget, anticipation of production department;
-Participate in iron foundry management team for policies and procedures;
-Supervise melting shop, production line, unfinished casting line, and mold making shop to ensure smooth producing;
-Supervise production employees to do TPM work;
-Carry out the cost optimization and economization;
-Support to optimize processing;
-Supervise the production department and ensure its environment policy and industry safety to reach standard;
-Implement the risk management system of iron foundry;
-Coach, develop and evaluate employee;
-Other duties as required by plant manager
