职位描述：
1) 向QC经理汇报
2) 监督并管理工厂和外协分包商的制造工艺和产品质量
3) 对外协分包商的部件进行制造评估和监督发货
4) 对钢结构和焊接等进行监督和质量控制
5) 识图并理解掌握结构及机械制图，对工作进行计划和监控
6) 与QA联系并沟通，监督并协调NDT所需要的检测工作
7) 与工厂其他部门沟通协调以确保工作过程的顺利进行
8) 生产过程中非正常问题的解决。
1) Reports to manager of QC
2) Monitor the work progress and quality of work both in–house and subcontracted works
3) Develop manufacturing estimate and monitor delivery of subcontractor components/parts
4) Monitor and quality control in steel fabrication and welding section
5) Read, interpret and understand approved construction/machining drawing for planning and
inspection of work.
6) Liaise and coordinate with QA personnel for the monitoring / coordination of field
inspection, NDT request.
7) Co-ordinate with other sections to facilitate inspection to ensure smooth progression of
work
8) Trouble-shooting of product related problems invariably arise during production
职位要求：
1. 工科背景，相关专业大专及以上学历
2. 具备英语读写能力优先
3. 3年以上焊接、机加工产品及钢结构现场质量管理经验
4. 熟悉机械制图，熟练掌握Microsoft Office
5. 有从事海洋设备、船舶、大型机械设备制造、油气钻井平台、钢结构、管线等行业背景优先
6. 对大型设备的装配有一定的质量管理经验者优先
7. 有无损探伤资格证、NDT等证书优先
