RESPONSIBILITY ？ Create process errorformulation in IFS at site.？ Optimize errorformulations and process control to suit local production environment.？ Supervise trial batches together with Production supervisor/foreman.？ Reduce waste by supporting and advising how to reuse leftover from canning and washing solvent/water.？ Solve the process problem.
REQUIREMENTS？ Bachelor Degree, major in Chemical or related.？ More than 3 years relevant technical experience, in Coatings Company is preferred.？ Willing to work down to earth. ？ Good analytical thinking and organizing skills ？ Communication Skills with initiative and commitment to achieve ？ Good command of English
