职位 一：生产经理Production Manager（欧美企业）
岗位职责
1、Fully responsible for planning, organizing and managing production of 26S production line.
2、Develop production plan based on master delivery schedule plan and make sure the production plan be completed on schedule.
3、Make continuous efforts to improve work efficiency and productivity.
4、Work with Engineering and Quality department to ensure quality products be made to meet all specifications and quality standards.
5、Constantly develop the most optimal production structure to respond to upcoming needs and trends.
6、Monitor all production KPI and improve the production performances
任职资格:
1、Bachelor degree or above in engineering discipline, or the equivalent knowledge and experience required.
2、At least 5 years production management experience in multinational companies or joint venture companies, preferable of quality assurance experience.
3、Rich working experience in production process management. Preferable lean manufacturing experiences.
4、Familiar with ISO9000 and TS16949 quality management system.
5、Well-trained in Office IT system and the experience on ERP/MRP management is preferred;
职位 二：生产轮班经理
岗位职责
1、负责制定生产计划和各项工作任务
2、负责协调与相关部门的工作
3、负责及时处理生产运行中存在的问题
4、负责组织检讨改善生产现场管理，推行“5S”
5、负责及时传达公司各项规章制度及工作流程
6、制订并执行生产成本控制计划，不断降低生产成本
7、不断改进生产方式、方法，提高生产效率
任职资格
1、本科或以上，英语熟练
2、28-40周岁，具备3年以上制造业管理经验，熟练使用电脑
3、具备丰富的现场管理经验
4、精通锂电池的生产工艺流程，制程品质管理
5、有良好的综合协调能力及激励计划
6、良好的计划能力与执行能力，有责任心，事业心及不断创新的能力
职位 三：生产经理
主要职责：
1、Develop and coach shift staffs to create good people to meet the production targets on shift basis.
２、Implement the company’s quality management philosophy in shift basis.
３、Manage all activities related to Manufacturing to meet customer requirements in shift basis:
４、Deliver good quality products on time all the time
５、Use suitable production equipment/manpower under a suitable working environment
６、Attain delivery goals such as: productivity, effectiveness，efficiency， utilization and cycle time.
７、Allocate qualified personnel for each line/team or project and ensuring they are trained properly according to the quality specifications.
８、Ensure the quality performance of his/her shift always meet target:
９、Perform production activities at the total quality management points as indicated on company policy
10、Establish and implement the quality management such as Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Control/maintain all production SOP document and data.
11、Effective handle customer complains and reports of product non-conformities included NCR.
12、To participate in cross function team to make process continuously improvement and implemented in shift basis
基本要求：
1、B.S. degree or above majors in engineer or related field;
2、Must understand business processes associated with quality;
3、At least 5 years’ experience working in industrial operations with at least 3 years’ experience in quality or customer service management;
4、Experienced in the quality operation system, quality road map process, quality control techniques and processes, the usual quality tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, PPAP) and accreditations (QS9000 / TS16949);
5、Understanding business needs and the customer requirements;
6、Able to effectively manage multiple quality functions;
7、Good at leadership skills, negotiation skills;
8、English communication skills (written and oral) is preferable.
