职位：生产主管（美资）
主要工作职责:
1、根据生产经理下达的生产任务安排生产，确保日生产计划的按时完成；
2、在生产过程中严格控制按工艺规程操作，做好产品的监视和测量，严把质量关，确保产品质量；
3、在生产过程中做好各种原始数据的收集和记录，保证产品的标识和可追踪性，保证不合格品的控制，确保中间产品和成品的防护；
4、对生产中成本控制，通过不断的改进，减少物料消耗，提高收率，降低成本；
5、严格执行车间安全规定，杜绝安全事故的发生；
6、协调解决好生产区域内各岗位各工序之间的关系，保证生产的均衡连续运行；
7、做好生产区域内员工的培训工作，鼓励员工积极进取，为员工的自身发展创造条件；
8、领导生产区域内员工贯彻公司质量方针；
9、在生产过程中贯彻“6S”管理思想并开展“6S”活动。
任职要求：
1、专科以上学历
2、熟悉生产管理，有三年或以上相关实际工作经验，其中二年生产管理经验
3、具有良好的计划、组织和领导能力，善于与人交流和沟通
4、熟练使用计算机办公软件
5、有一定的英语读写基础
6、具有较强的进取心和开拓意识，做事严谨、稳健，能承受较大的压力。

岗位职责
1.Daily shift production management to meet delivery schedule.
2.Lead a team including production operator and operator leaders to achieve quality, cost and delivery target.
3.Train and coach operators to setup appropriate behavior mode.
4.5S concept implementation and always keep shop cleaning
5.Setup and implement production incentive system
6.Implement QMS and TPM system through all production line.
7.Drive and coordinate all plant functions to solve equipment, utility, quality and process issues.
8.As shift manager to manage all utility, warehouse, inspection and maintenance operators to support production line.
任职资格
1.Mechanic, electric and chemic engineering with bachelor degree.
2.Good production management experience and over 2 years of production management in chemical plant.
3.English writing, reading and listening capability. At least CET IV level.
4.Be familiar with Window, Excel and Words office system.familiar to ISO9000.
