Human Resource Supervisor
Based in: Haimen Jiangsu
Primary Objective
Develops, manages, coordinates, and administers a variety of programmers and activities covering multiple HR activities.
Work in conjunction with and under general direction of HRD and line management
Assist Head of HR to implement the organization HR strategy.
Manage company’s compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and employee relations programs.
Supervise the HR Information System so that it implements smoothly.
Requirement
Education: 4-year college degree
Working experiences: 3-6 years, MNC experience is plus
Good command of English
Good computer skill
