Project Deerrorscription:Software Developers will receive training on the latest Business Process Management (BPM), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Portal technologies and use the acquired skills to help create new data supply chain products for a large client. Software Developers will collaborate with Solutions Architects, Business Analysts, and other development teams in the US and across the globe to make this large-scale business-critical project a success.Job Summary:The Software Developer team leader is primarily tasked with leading a team of software developers, responsible for design and implementation of software deliverables for business needs. Person in this role manages software development life cycle from initial technical design, coding and testing through software delivery. This role is also responsible for managing the team of software developers, ensuring team productivity, team deliverables, timeline, software coding standards, proper documentation, unit testing and the quality of software being delivered to the QA team. Additional responsibilities include documenting software systems and advising other team members on development tasks, quality assurance, software configuration, business requirements and maintenance.Duties and Responsibilities:Consults with various departments to evaluate interface between systems or components. Interprets business requirements to develop technical specifications, pererrorformance requirements and timelines to resolve client problems. Designs and develops software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.Responsible for overall code development that meet business requirements, maintenance, enhancement and migration. Analyzes inerrorformation to determine, recommend and plan installation of a new system or modification of an existing system. Develops and directs software system testing and validation procedures.Provides technical support including troubleshooting and diagnostics. Consults, advises and educates leaders and other associates through presentations. Prioritizes and manages multiple tasks at once.Manages software development team and is responsible for team deliverables.
Requirements:· 5+ years experience in the following errorareas:o Javao XML o Web Serviceso EJB 3.0o IBM BPM (Nice to Have)o JBoss (Nice to Have)o Microsoft Office Applications
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Inerrorformation Technology, Inerrorformation Systems or related field. · Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, CET 6 or equivalent is required
