职责：
（1）Do keep SMT production system (TQC) operating normally.
（2）Utilize production resource reasonable, make sure production smoothly, on time delivery.
（3）Based on regulation of Employees Performance Appraisal, keep all levels’ appraisal being equity and exact.
（4）Make sure production materials supplying and attrition do under control, cost saving.
（5）Make out standard capacity and production head count deployment rationally, recruit new employees accordingly.
（6）Make sure the whole feedback route from production each level being smooth and timely.
（7）Coach and keep all rank of production management group being excellent leadership and teamwork.
（8）Deal with abnormal and emergency for production, feedback and get support.
（9）Do manage the quality problem with relative departments and follow up.
（10）Cooperate and communicate with external departments for relative transacting.
（11）Catch the production site status, and follow up relative departments or persons.
（12）Do and keep 5S for relative site.
要求：
（1）College or above, major in electronic, mechanical or relative fields.
（2）5+ years experience in similar industries, 3+ years in management position.
（3）Good leadership.
（4）Know electronic manufacturing process.
（5）Good command of English by hearing, speaking, writing.
（6）Practiced for MS Office, especially for Excel.
（7）Excellent communication skill.
