Mission:
-Develop and improve the purchase process
-Set up, optimize and maintain supplier panel
-Continuously find the most efficient suppliers considering costs,quality and delivery timeliness
-Manage supplier contract system to guarantee its performance in Quality, Cost and Delivery
-Control purchasing cost to be line with the budget
-Document the purchase process in preparation of a future MRP-system
-Responsible for implementation of purchase process
-Benchmark relative to other manufacturers of construction hoists regarding purchase process
-Ensure that the purchase process is in accordance with Chinese laws and regulations
-Ensure that company regulations are followed in the purchase process
Requirement:
-Bachelor of science (engineering)
-At least 10 years work experience in purchasing
-Stable work history
-Positive and open minded attitude with sense of humor
-Socially competent with excellent people skills
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
-Independent with initiative, self-starter with excellent organizational and planning skills
-Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook. Experience of MRP-system
-High degree of integrity, honesty, and business ethics
-Teamwork sprit
-Knowledge about product quality systems such ISO9000 is an asset.
-Knowledge about 6 sigma and ISO14000 is a plus
