    职位描述:


    美资包装服务公司寻找负责包装印刷厂的印刷部/生产部经理
    大致要求如下:
    1、至少2年以上胶印包装工厂或者商业印刷厂生产部主管或经理工作经验
    2、具备团队管理能力
    3、具备接受培训和自我提升的潜能
    4、良好的机械才能和分析技巧
    5、良好的组织能力
    6、良好的沟通和人际关系能力
    7、具备简单英语能力者优先

    A global leader in packaging and packaging solutions for the cosmetics and personal care, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, home and garden and media industries, is looking for a printing/production department manager.

    Purpose of role: Directs all activities of the printing department, Printing department functions include: computer to plate making, ink formulation, sheeting, aeration and printing. Schedules and trains employees in the duties required to sheet paper and plastic raw materials and print the plant's products.

    Experience:
    - Minimum 5 years working experience in an offset printing packaging plant or a commercial printing plant, experience with offset litho printing is strongly preferred
    - Some English skills and good command of mandarin
    - Good communication and interpersonal skills
    - Mechanical and analytical skills are welled developed
    - Training and development skills must be excellent
    - Good organization skills and is customer oriented
    - Ability to supervise individuals in a participative style

    Key Output/Deliverables
    1. Develops efficient work schedules to adhere to the plant master production schedule
    2, Coordinate with the cutting/finishing department, customer service department and the shipping department to adapt daily production schedules to accommodate scheduling disruptions. while still meeting customer order delivery requirements.
    3. Trains all assigned employees in proper operating, quality and safety procedures. Responsible for all assigned employees adhering to all procedures.
    4. Participates in evaluating new employees prior to hiring and the evaluation of existing employees for promotion within the printing department.
    5. Develops new operating techniques and procedures to improve efficiency and safety
