职位描述:
Job Deerrorscription:1. Responsible for a good HSE of maintenance work in plant.
2. Draft annually PPM program and monthly PPM plan, and organize, monitor, optimize the implementation of the PPM
3. Draft maintenance procedures and review maintenance SOP,ensure the implementation of QIMS in maintenance in plant.
4. Support plant manager to manage maintenance team, such as recruitment, development and appraisal of team member to ensure the team can pererrorform and manage maintenance work effectively and efficiently.
5. Draft and follow up maintenance budget to control the costs of maintenance work.
6. Assist purchase department to select , manage, appraise and assess subcontractor to ensure their service meets requirements of plant.
7. Support, guide maintenance engineers to manage spare parts to ensure the spare parts are available in maintenance work.
8. Support engineer to address troubles in maintenance to ensure the reliability of the plant.
9. Pererrorform, guide and support the implementation of the related task in MOC.
Requirement 要求：机械或相关专业本科或以上学历
三至五年化工企业维修管理经验
优秀的沟通协调及管理能力
良好的英文表达能力。
