Implements all safety policies, standards, rules and systems to meet national and HQ safety standard.
Conducts Technical and Safety programs including facilities upgrade, safety awareness and culture promotion, etc.
Monitors and reviews the safety performance, communicates and reports the trend to HQ
Leads technical and emergency response team to provide technical support and emergency service to business functions.
Develops a strong Technical and Safety team to support business growth.
Provides Technical and Safety trainings to employee, contractor and customer.
Reports and investigates accidents, analyze the root causes of accident.
Liaises with relative local authorities in terms of technical and safety.
Conducts safety inspections to ensure the compliance on the safety policies and procedures, identifies and recommends the area for continual improvement.
Job requirement:
Bachelor degree or associate Degree in engineering or technical/safety management.
Minimal 5 years experience in foreign investment companies with exposure to safety, operations, engineering or technical integrity management. Experiences in petroleum and chemical industry are preferred.
Self-driven and able to travel and driving experience is preferred
Open communication and good communication skill
