-Assisting General Manager & QM Representative to handle the quality issues in company.
-Customer concern management.
-Supplier quality management.
-Setting Q Standards and rule in the plant.
-Support factories in Q issues.
-Preventive Q activities con-form PEP+.
-Implementation of Q improvement.
-Any other works assigned by supervisors.
-Can make decision about the quality problem occurred in work site.
-Can be substituted by person appointed by above.
