Responsibility:
Management and training quality team, includes quality engineer and quality inspector.
According to organization/product characters, make and execute quality control plan.
Internal continue improvement, supplier quality control and actives about quality cost down in the company.
Making year quality target and develop relativities actives about ISO/TS16949.
Dealing with customer complains, communication with all other departments.
Cooperation with other department to help new products development, process development and relativity quality training.
Coordinate with other departments to introduce quality actives.
Education background/Qualifications:
Bachelor degree graduated from Mechanical, Hydraulic or equivalent major.
Working experience:
Work experience in foreign company, 5+ years' quality experience in Hydraulic or Mechanical engineering, at least 2 years quality leader experience in quality department.
Familiar with ISO/TS16949, customer complains and quality issue procedure, maintain quality system operation and internal audit.
Edit relativity quality work instruction and have internal auditor certification.
Familiar with quality tool, such as PPAP,SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP.
Familiar with all kinds of gauge and measurement equipment and mechanical process.
Strong team spirit and responsibility, accurate and detail orientated.
Familiar with quality industry standard.
Ability to quality control and management to assembly line.
Familiar with quality control to hydraulic products.
Skills:
Excellent English skill of listening comprehension, reading, writing and speaking.
Strong responsibility, excellent communication ability, good leadership and team player.
Ability to work under pressure.
