• 3 or more years experience (would also consider less experience engineers)
• BS Mechanical engineering (or more) or equivalent degree in China
• 4 major core competency: Proven track record in precision machining area
1) Process layout
2) Fixture design
3) Cutting tools
4) CNC programming
• Proven track record working in 4 areas
1. Machining centers
2. CNC Lathe
3. Precision grinding
4. Heat treating
• Display experience - Trouble shooting, Experience with gage R&R, control plan, PFMEA is a plus
• Experience with forgings and die castings a plus
• Proficient in GD&T
• Working experience in a foreign enterprise is a plus
1. Flexible, self starter, dynamic and hands on personality a plus
2. Experience in start up factory/company is a plus
3. Lean experience a plus
4. English skill - good
